The Sealey SM355D is a portable, general-purpose abrasive cut-off saw built around a 2480W trigger-operated motor with hardened gears for smooth power transmission. At 90°, it cuts bar up to 105mm, pipe up to 120mm, box section up to 105 x 105mm, and rectangular box up to 90 x 130mm. At 45°, capacities are bar 50mm, pipe 80mm, box section 50 x 50mm, and rectangular box 80 x 50mm. The fitted mitre vice holds workpieces firmly for accurate angled cuts. The saw uses a 355 x 3 x 25.4mm abrasive disc and is supplied with an abrasive disc suitable for metal cutting. The consumable abrasive disc (PTC/355C) is available separately when replacement is needed. Weighing 19kg, the SM355D is designed for site portability without sacrificing cutting capacity.
