Removing rusted-on or overtightened nuts and bolts demands serious torque, and the Draper 82994 230V Impact Wrench Kit delivers exactly that. With a maximum output of 480Nm and an impact rate of up to 3,000 impacts per minute, the tool makes short work of fasteners that would defeat a conventional wrench. A no-load speed of 2,600rpm and 1,000W rated input ensure sustained working power throughout demanding professional tasks. The kit is suited to mechanics, steel erectors, fitters, engineers and car enthusiasts alike. The wrench is built around a full metal gearbox and features a protective rubber bumper, an electric brake, thermal overload protection, and a forward/reverse rocker switch trigger. A soft-grip anti-slip handle supports comfort during prolonged use, while the ergonomic lightweight construction — the unit weighs 3.67kg — reduces operator fatigue. Power is delivered via 6 metres of rubber cable with an approved 230V plug fitted as standard. The kit is supplied complete with four impact sockets in sizes 17mm, 19mm, 21mm and 23mm, covering the fastener sizes most commonly encountered in automotive and structural work. Everything is housed in a hardwearing plastic carry case for organised storage and transport between job sites. Drive is by 1/2" square drive, and maximum torque is rated at 480Nm / 354 ft-lb (±10%).
