The disc is manufactured from premium quality aluminium oxide, resin bonded and reinforced with fibreglass mesh to deliver improved strength and durability under load. At just 1.2mm thick, it is an ultra-thin profile that promotes rapid, efficient cutting with reduced material waste and minimal heat build-up during use. The 22.23mm bore is fitted with a stainless-steel ring to ensure safe and secure mounting onto the spindle. The disc is compatible with 115mm angle grinders fitted with a 22.23mm bore. A maximum operating speed of 13,300rpm and a cutting speed rating of 80m/s confirm suitability for professional-grade grinders operating at standard speeds. Manufactured to EN12413 standards, the disc meets the certification requirements for resin-bonded abrasive products.
