The SIP 01530 15" Swivel Head Manual and Auto-Cut Metal Bandsaw is a powerful, accurate machine built for professional cutting of bar, tube and profile workpieces across a broad range of metal types. At the heart of the machine is a heavy-duty cast iron swivel bow head offering an angle range of 45°, 30° and 15° to the left, 0°, and 15°, 30°, 45° and 60° to the right, enabling precise angled cuts across the full working range. A 2-speed direct drive gearbox delivers blade speeds of 34 and 68 metres per minute, allowing the operator to select the appropriate speed for the material and section in hand. An adjustable cast iron vice secures workpieces firmly, and the integrated coolant system supports extended cutting sessions and blade life. Semi-automatic and manual cut-down functions give the operator full control over the cutting cycle.
