The Sealey BG200/99 addresses this with a copper-wound induction motor rated at 600W, running at 2850rpm no-load speed, making it well suited to general workshop grinding and sharpening tasks. The 200mm wheel diameter and 16mm axle accommodate two aluminous oxide grinding stones one coarse and one fine supplied as standard, so you can move between heavy stock removal and fine sharpening without changing machines. Stone guards and spark arrestors are fitted as standard, and eye shields are included for operator protection. The machine is supplied with a 3-pin plug and weighs 20kg, giving a stable platform during use. Also compatible with the SM57/ST stand. At 20kg, the BG200/99 sits firmly on the bench during operation.
