Working at a bench grinder in a poorly lit workshop slows you down and increases the risk of inaccurate or unsafe grinding. The Sealey BG150WL combines a 250W/230V induction motor bench grinder with a pivoting worklight that illuminates the grinding area directly, so you can see exactly what you are doing at all times. The 150mm grinder runs at 2850rpm no-load and is fitted with stone guards, adjustable eye shields and spark arrestors for safe operation. A built-in wheel dresser lets you clean, sharpen and true the grinding wheel surfaces without a separate tool, and the included water tray keeps hot materials cool during extended use. The machine is supplied with two aluminous oxide stones one coarse, one fine covering general workshop grinding and sharpening tasks from day one. The 13mm axle diameter accommodates a wide range of compatible wheel accessories. At 9kg the unit is substantial enough to sit stably on the bench without being difficult to position. It is also compatible with the Sealey SM57/ST stand.
