Achieving a swirl-free finish with a standard sander is a constant battle, particularly on larger panels or curved surfaces. The Sealey DAS150T is a 710W random orbital dual-action sander with a patented eccentric assembly and sealed double bearings delivering a 9mm orbital diameter, producing a consistently smooth, swirl-free result. Variable speed control runs from 2000 to 4600rpm, giving you the flexibility to match the speed to the material and task. The alloy bevel gear head and smooth composite motor housing keep the tool comfortable in the hand during extended use, while the side-mounted slider power control with power lock adds convenience. The DAS150T runs on 230V and is supplied with a two-metre mains cable, BS-approved plug, 150mm hook-and-loop backing pad, and handle. The pad thread size is 5/16" UNF. Replacement and optional backing pads are available separately (PTC/150VA, PTC/150SA), and replacement carbon brushes (DAS150T.V5-33) are also available to keep the tool in service.
