Achieving a consistent, swirl-free finish on vehicle paintwork demands controlled orbital motion at variable speeds — the Draper 55741 D20 20V Dual Action Polisher delivers exactly that. Powered by a D20 20V Li-ion battery, the polisher runs at a variable no-load speed of 0–3500rpm with a 2.2mm orbit diameter, allowing the operator to match machine speed and pad movement to the severity of the correction work in hand. The multi-position front handle gives the operator positive control across a range of working angles, reducing fatigue during extended polishing sessions. The unit ships complete with a polishing bonnet and a 125mm hook and loop backing pad, so it is ready to use with a compatible D20 battery from the outset. The polisher weighs 1kg, keeping it manageable during overhead or awkward-angle work. The D20 interchangeable battery system is a key practical advantage: a single D20 20V Li-ion battery can be shared across any compatible tool within the D20 series, reducing the number of batteries and chargers required in a workshop context. Batteries and chargers are sold separately and are not included with this bare-tool listing. The polisher is not supplied in a carry case. With a pad size of 125mm, it is suited to panel-by-panel detailing and correction work on passenger vehicles and light commercial bodywork.
Part of the D20 series, Variable speed Multi-position front handle, Supplied with a polishing bonnet and hook and loop backing pad, Batteries and chargers are available separately. D20 interchangeable battery system allows you to combine one battery with any of the tools within the D20 series.
