Demanding demolition and cutting tasks require a tool capable of sustained, high-output performance across a range of materials. The Draper Expert 57489 Orbital Action Reciprocating Saw delivers 1400W of power at a no-load speed of 2800rpm, providing the robustness required for demolition work alongside the versatility needed for everyday workshop use. The pendulum/orbital action mechanism enables faster, more aggressive cutting strokes through a variety of materials, while variable speed control allows the operator to tailor cutting pace to the material and application. The tool-free blade change system reduces downtime between tasks, and the quick-release soleplate supports rapid depth adjustments and secure material contact throughout each cut. The saw handles a sawing capacity of 115mm in wood, 80mm in plastic, and 15mm in metal, making it suitable for a broad range of trade and site applications. At 4.37kg and designed with low vibration in mind, it remains manageable during extended periods of use. The tool operates on a standard 230V supply and is supplied with one wood cutting blade as standard. Built to Draper Expert quality standards, the 57489 is a capable and adaptable reciprocating saw suited to contractors, joiners, and workshop professionals who require reliable performance across wood, plastic, and metal cutting tasks.
Features: Expert Quality, Pendulum/orbital action, Tool - free blade change, Variable speed control, Quick - release soleplate, Robust and powerful enough for demolition work, Low vibration
