The WAI 12252N is a brand-new 24V 30A alternator. It is built to Nikko IR/EF specification, replacing Komatsu original-equipment references including 600-821-6190, 6008216190 and RKD30A01. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for Komatsu plant and construction machinery, it covers 19 Komatsu applications spanning models such as the D31E-20, D37E-5, PC100E-6 and PC128UUE-1.
The unit is manufactured by Nikko to an internal-regulator, externally-excited (IR/EF) design — the same architecture as the original — and is fitted with a groove pulley for straightforward installation onto the existing drive arrangement. At 24V and 30A output, it meets the electrical demands of the Komatsu machines it serves.
Supplied brand new, the 12252N is a like-for-like replacement that eliminates the need for modification or adaptation on supported fitments.
