The Highway Automotive 66011005 is a 24-volt, 110-amp alternator designed to restore reliable charging performance on heavy-duty commercial vehicles and coaches. Built to handle the demands of fleet and long-haul applications, this unit is a direct-fit replacement for select DAF and Temsa platforms. The alternator is supplied complete with belt pulley, featuring a 7-groove pulley profile suited to the multi-ribbed drive belt arrangements found on the supported vehicles. The 24 V system voltage and 110 A charging current are matched to the high electrical loads typical of modern heavy commercial and coach bodywork. Compatible applications span DAF CF 85 variants — including XE and MX engine configurations — as well as the DAF XF 105 and Temsa Safari and Safir coach models, covering 6 confirmed applications in total. This breadth of fitment makes the 66011005 a practical stock choice for workshops servicing mixed DAF and Temsa fleets. The Highway Automotive 66011005 24V 110A Alternator is a standalone replacement unit.
