Product Number: 66011004
The Highway Automotive 66011004 is a 24-volt, 80-ampere alternator designed as a direct replacement unit for heavy-duty commercial vehicles and coaches. Built to restore reliable charging performance, it is suited to demanding operational environments where consistent electrical output is essential. The unit is supplied complete with a 7-groove belt pulley, meaning no additional pulley sourcing is required for a straightforward fitment. The 24 V output and 80 A charging current specification make it appropriate for the high-load electrical systems typical of the vehicles it serves. The 66011004 has confirmed fitment across seven applications spanning DAF and Bova commercial vehicles and Solaris coaches. Verified applications include the DAF CF 85 across all variants — including XE and MX engine specifications — the DAF XF 105 and DAF XF 95 across all variants, the Bova Magiq coach, and the Solaris Vacanza. This breadth of fitment makes it a practical stock choice for workshops and operators servicing mixed fleets drawn from these makes. Buyers should confirm their specific engine variant against the full fitment list before ordering. The selection widget or PartsForMachines cross-referenced catalogue can be used to verify compatibility against machine model, and the Fit Guarantee covers every confirmed application shown.
