It is supplied by WAI, a recognised name in rotating electrics, and is designed as a direct-fit replacement for applications that originally carried Mitsubishi charging units of this specification.
The alternator produces 50 amperes of output at 12 volts and rotates clockwise, matching the orientation required by the original Mitsubishi IR/IF design.
