Product Number: 23344N
The WAI 23344N is a brand-new 12V 200A alternator. It is built to replace the Bosch original-equipment unit (OE reference: 0 124 625 002) fitted to Mercedes diesel models including the E220D and E270D (2002–2010). Designed to Bosch IR/IF specification, it restores factory charging performance without modification.
Constructed to IR (internal regulator) and IF (internally fused) design principles, the 23344N delivers a robust 200-amp output — suited to the higher electrical demands of modern Mercedes diesel vehicles. Clockwise rotation (CW) and an S6 pulley configuration ensure correct mechanical alignment on direct-fit applications. As a brand-new unit, it carries no core charge obligation and arrives ready to fit.
The Lester reference for this alternator is 23344, a standard cross-reference used by automotive electricians and factor merchants to confirm application compatibility. Fitment covers Mercedes models across 2 known applications; use the selection widget or search by OE number to verify your specific variant.
