The material is 600-denier polyester over a polyurethane backing — waterproof and oil and mud resistant, cut to take the mud, dirt, spills and wear a truck driver's seat absorbs across long shifts. Seams are overlocked, keeping the stitching strong where the seat flexes on entry and exit. Coverage is 360-degree, wrapping the seat rather than sitting on top of it.

Because the cover is shaped for these cabs, the seat still moves as it should: armrest access and suspension travel are both retained, so the seat can still ride as designed under load rather than being restricted by the cover. A headrest cover and an armrest cover are both included.

Being a single-piece cover, there are no separate panels to align or re-tension after the seat has been adjusted, which matters on a seat that moves through its suspension travel all day.
