The material is 600-denier polyester over a polyurethane backing: waterproof and oil and mud resistant, cut for a seat that carries a driver through long shifts and is climbed into in whatever the weather has left on their boots. Overlocked seams keep the stitching strong along the bolster edges where a truck seat flexes hardest on entry and exit. Coverage is 360-degree, wrapping the seat rather than draping across the top.

Seat adjusters remain accessible with the cover fitted, so the seat can still be set for the driver on shift rather than held in one position. Fitting requires no tools.

Two armrest covers rather than one means both sides are protected on a seat where the driver rests an arm all day on the inboard side and against the door on the other.
