Product Number: 61119003
The Highway Automotive 61119003 is a viscous fan clutch, previously catalogued under the AVA reference JDC043, designed as a direct replacement unit for agricultural applications across the John Deere 6000 series tractor range. It is built to restore correct fan engagement and thermal management to the cooling system, ensuring the engine operates within its designed temperature envelope under varying load conditions.
As a viscous-type fan drive, the clutch regulates fan speed in proportion to coolant temperature, reducing unnecessary parasitic load on the engine when full cooling capacity is not required. This design characteristic is consistent with OE-specification performance for the John Deere models listed, maintaining the balance between cooling efficiency and engine output that the original equipment demanded.
The 61119003 is suitable for a bundled range of John Deere 6 Series tractors including the 6010, 6110, 6210, 6310, 6410, 6510, 6610, 6810, 6910, 6405, and 6605 — though fitment should be verified per individual model and variant before installation. Cross-reference numbers on record for this part include OE AL111577, OE AL118091, and NRF 49428, supporting identification against original equipment and aftermarket catalogues.
Supplied by Highway Automotive and available through PartsForMachines, this fan clutch is a standalone replacement general part. Country of manufacture is as stated in the product technical specifications. No ancillary components are included; the fan clutch assembly is supplied as a single unit.
