Product Number: 61011022
The Highway Automotive 61011022 is a viscous fan clutch, referenced under part code DFC066, designed as a direct replacement unit for heavy commercial vehicle cooling systems. This component regulates engine cooling fan engagement in response to thermal demand, helping to maintain optimal operating temperatures across varying load and speed conditions. Constructed to meet the demands of commercial vehicle operation, this fan clutch is supplied as a complete replacement unit. The gross weight of 5.33 kg and package dimensions of 230 x 270 x 180 mm give a clear indication of the component's substantial build, consistent with heavy-duty commercial fitment standards. This fan clutch is confirmed for fitment to the DAF CF 75 across all engine variants — a total of one application in the Highway Automotive catalogue at this time. The DAF CF 75 is a widely operated heavy commercial vehicle platform, and correct fan clutch operation is critical to preventing engine overheating under sustained load. PartsForMachines stocks the Highway Automotive range to support fleet operators, independent workshops, and commercial vehicle specialists. The 61011022 (DFC066) is supplied as a standalone replacement part. Buyers should verify fitment against their specific chassis and engine build using the selection tools available on site.
