Product Number: 60057026
The Highway Automotive 60057026 (VLF172) is a replacement fan clutch designed for fitment to Volvo commercial vehicle applications. With two confirmed applications covering the Volvo B7 and Volvo VM series, this fan clutch is a purposeful sourcing solution for fleet operators and workshop professionals working on Volvo vehicles. The fan clutch plays a critical role in engine thermal management, engaging and disengaging the cooling fan in response to engine temperature demand. A worn or failed fan clutch can lead to overcooling, undercooling, excessive fuel consumption, and unnecessary fan noise — making a like-for-like replacement an important workshop priority. At a gross weight of 9.75 kg, this is a substantial component packaged securely within 780 × 770 × 200 mm, reflecting the robust construction expected of a commercial vehicle cooling system part. The VLF172 designation assists in identification and catalogue cross-referencing across the Highway Automotive range. For warranty terms and any additional technical data, refer to the product specification sheet or contact the PartsForMachines team directly. Origin of manufacture is confirmed in the product trust information.
