Product Number: 60057002
The Highway Automotive 60057002 Fan Clutch (VLF066) is a direct-replacement fan clutch designed for Volvo heavy-duty trucks, restoring precise thermal control of the engine cooling fan across a range of D12 and D16 powerplants. Its robust construction is suited to the demanding duty cycles of commercial vehicle operation, where reliable cooling fan engagement is critical to engine longevity and thermal management. The unit covers five vehicle applications within the Volvo heavy-duty range, including the FH 12 (340/380 and 420/460/500 variants with D12 engine), FH 16 all variants with D16 engine, FL 12 all variants, and NH 12 all variants with D12 engine. This breadth of coverage makes the 60057002 a practical stock choice for workshops servicing mixed Volvo fleets. The packaged unit weighs 9.8 kg with package dimensions of 760 × 760 × 150 mm, so appropriate lifting and handling should be observed during receipt and installation. This listing covers a single fan clutch assembly. No OE cross-reference data is published for this part; fitment is defined by the vehicle application list above.
