The Highway Automotive 19041001 Expansion Tank (RET127) is a direct-fit coolant expansion tank designed as a replacement for RVI Kerax and RVI Premium heavy commercial vehicles. Supplied complete with caps and a level sensor, this unit is ready to install without the need for additional components. Constructed to serve the demands of heavy-duty commercial applications, the RET127 expansion tank accommodates the cooling system requirements of both MIDR 06 and dCi 6 / dCi 11 engine variants across the RVI range. The inclusion of a level sensor means the vehicle's coolant monitoring function is fully supported from the moment of installation. Fitment covers 21 confirmed applications spanning the RVI Kerax series — including the Kerax 260, 300, 340, 385, 400 (MIDR 06) and Kerax 270, 320, 370, 420 (dCi 11) — as well as the RVI Premium series, covering models such as the Premium 210, 250, 270, 320, 370, 385, 400, 420, and others across MIDR 06, dCi 6, and dCi 11 engine configurations.
