The Highway Automotive 50057004 (VLA6034) is a cab heater designed as a direct replacement unit for Volvo commercial vehicles, covering 11 confirmed fitment applications across the FH and FM model ranges. Built to restore effective in-cab thermal comfort in demanding haulage and fleet environments, it is a practical, source-matched replacement for operators running Volvo heavy trucks. The heater is engineered to the precise dimensions of the original equipment it replaces, measuring 380 mm high by 195 mm wide by 42 mm deep, ensuring a clean, accurate installation without modification. Its gross weight of 1.6 kg reflects a compact, lightweight construction suited to the confined mounting spaces typical of Volvo cab interiors. Fitment spans a broad cross-section of Volvo FH and FM platforms. Confirmed applications include the FH 12 (340/380 and 420/460/500) with D12 engines, the FH 16 across all variants with the D16, and a wide FM range covering the FM 7 (D7), FM 9 (D9), FM 10 (D10), FM 12 (D12), FM 12H (D12), and FM models fitted with D9, D11, and D13 engines — 11 applications in total. In the box: one Highway Automotive 50057004 heater unit (VLA6034). Use the vehicle selection widget or search the cross-referenced catalogue by model and engine to confirm your precise application, and ask Simon if your vehicle is not listed. Every fitment is backed by our Fit Guarantee.
