Product Number: 43011002
The Highway Automotive 43011002 (DF1110) is a replacement air-conditioning expansion valve designed for heavy commercial vehicles across the DAF, RVI and Volvo ranges. Expansion valves are critical components within a vehicle's refrigerant circuit, regulating the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator to maintain efficient cabin cooling and stable system pressure. Supplied by Highway Automotive under part reference DF1110, this valve is manufactured to provide a reliable, direct-fit replacement for the original component. Its compact form factor — packaged at 50 × 40 × 100 mm with a gross weight of 0.14 kg — makes it straightforward to handle and install within the confined spaces typical of commercial vehicle HVAC systems. The 43011002 expansion valve covers 29 vehicle applications across DAF LF 45 and LF 55 series trucks, RVI Kerax, Midlum and Premium 2 models with DXi 5, DXi 7, DXi 11 and DXi 13 engine variants, and Volvo FE models fitted with the D7E engine. This breadth of coverage makes it a practical stock item for workshops and fleets operating mixed European commercial vehicle fleets. All fitment data has been verified against manufacturer records and is backed by the PartsForMachines Fit Guarantee. Supplied as a single unit; refer to the product listing for full in-the-box contents and warranty information.
