Product Number: 41157005
The Highway Automotive 41157005 is a replacement evaporator unit designed for Volvo articulated dump trucks and wheeled loaders across a wide range of F, G and H series variants. Measuring 235 mm high by 341 mm wide by 48 mm deep, this evaporator is engineered to restore correct cab climate performance in heavy plant and construction machinery operating in demanding site environments. As the core heat-exchange component within a cab air conditioning system, the evaporator absorbs heat from recirculated cabin air, enabling the refrigerant circuit to deliver effective cooling. A correctly specified and serviceable evaporator is essential for operator comfort and visibility during extended working cycles. The 41157005 covers 21 confirmed applications across the Volvo A-series articulated haulers and L-series wheeled loaders, including the A25F, A25G, A30F, A30G, A35F, A35G, A40F, A40G, A60H, L110F, L110G, L110H, L120F, L120G, L120H, L150F, L150G, L150H and L180F. This breadth of coverage makes it a practical stocking choice for fleet operators and plant dealers servicing mixed Volvo fleets. No variant siblings are listed for this SKU. Fitment data is cross-referenced against manufacturer records and is backed by the PartsForMachines Fit Guarantee, with hassle-free returns in the event of a fitment discrepancy.
