Product Number: 41045002
The Highway Automotive 41045002 is a direct-replacement evaporator unit (reference SCV061) designed for cab HVAC systems on Scania P, G, R and T series trucks. Dimensioned at 195 mm high × 350 mm wide × 48 mm deep, it is an accurate fit within tight cab climate housings where precise core sizing is critical to correct airflow and refrigerant performance. Built to HVAC2 specification, this evaporator is engineered to restore the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning circuit to its original operating standard. The compact core profile — 48 mm depth — suits the shallow evaporator cavities typical of heavy-duty truck HVAC assemblies, while the 350 mm width spans the full-width airflow path to maintain efficient heat exchange across the face of the core. With a gross weight of 1.6 kg and a packaged size of 400 × 300 × 160 mm, the unit arrives ready to install without further preparation. Three confirmed vehicle applications are covered across the Scania P, G and R series, each accommodating all available engine variants, making this a broad-fit replacement across that platform generation. In the box: one Highway Automotive 41045002 evaporator unit. Country of manufacture: please refer to product packaging.
