The adjustable shade control ranges between 9 and 13, making it suitable for MIG, TIG, arc/MMA welding, and grinding, with sensitivity and delay controls for switching between light and dark. True Colour Technology improves depth perception for greater welding precision, while the 92x42mm viewing area gives a clear sightline to the workpiece. Power comes entirely from solar cells no batteries or charging required. The inactive shade is 4, and the helmet operates between -5°C and +55°C. The shade is selected via a rotary knob on the side of the helmet. The PWH4 complies with BS EN 379, BS EN 175, and DIN standards.
