When a workpiece shifts unexpectedly under load on a press or polisher, the risk of injury to the operator or bystanders is immediate. The Sealey PPFSG1 Safety Guard is designed specifically to fit the PPF20S and PPF30S, providing a physical barrier between the work area and the user without obstructing the workflow. The guard features a lightweight steel frame combined with a tough 4.8mm polycarbonate screen, giving clear visibility of the workpiece whilst protecting against ejected material. It bolts onto either side of the table and offers six height increments, so the workpiece can be positioned on the table without obstruction before the guard is brought into place. One-way spring-loaded locking clips allow the guard to be pulled up quickly and snap into its protective position, minimising setup time between operations.
