Removing a diesel high-pressure injection pump without disturbing the timing chain configuration risks significant engine disassembly and potential timing errors. The Sealey VSE5664 Injection and HP Pump Remover and Sprocket Retainer solves this by removing the diesel pump whilst retaining the pump sprocket in situ, so that the sprockets and timing chain configuration remain undisturbed and the level of engine disassembly is minimised. Compatible with BMW M47, M47TU, M47T2, M57, M57TU and M57T2 engine codes across a wide range of models including BMW 1 Series (118d/120d E87), 3 Series (318d-335d E46/E90/E91/E92/E93), 5 Series (520d-535d E39/E60/E61), 6 Series (635d E63/64), 7 Series (730d E38/E65/E66), X3 E83, X5 E53/E70, X6 E71/72, as well as Range Rover TD6 (306D1), and Vauxhall/Opel Omega-B (Y25DT). Corresponds to BMW OEM references 13.5.190 and KM-6270. For engine timing work on these vehicles, use with Timing Tool Kit VSE5666.
