Removing or replacing the high-pressure fuel pump on a JLR 2.0D Ingenium engine requires the pump sprocket and timing chain to be held securely in position without the correct tool, there is a real risk of chain jump and costly engine damage. The Sealey VSE3036 Fuel Pump Locking/Removal Tool is designed specifically to lock the fuel pump sprocket and timing chain into position while the pump is removed or refitted, giving you the precise control the job demands. It is the direct equivalent of JLR OEM tool 303-1627 and covers a wide range of Jaguar and Land Rover applications running the AJ-200D, 204DT, 204DTA, and 204DTD 2.0-litre diesel engines. Compatible vehicles include the Jaguar E-Pace (2017-2021), F-Pace (2016-2021), XE (2015-2020), and XF (2015-2021), as well as the Land Rover Discovery (2017-2021), Discovery Sport (2015-2019), and Defender (2019-2021), plus the Range Rover Evoque (2015-2019), Sport (2016-2018), and Velar (2017-2021).
