Manually dispensing oil from large drums is slow, messy, and risks spillage particularly in busy workshops handling high-viscosity lubricants. The Sealey AK4561D is a mobile, air operated oil dispensing system built around a 3:1 double acting pump, designed for use with 205L drums and tanks fitted with 2" BSP fittings. The pump connects to a 940mm rigid suction probe with a non-return valve, drawing oil efficiently from the drum base. An air management system is included, with a recommended operating pressure of 70 psi and a maximum air pressure of 115 psi. Maximum output pressure is 350 psi, with a maximum flow rate of 12 litres per minute, making it suitable for engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear, and transmission oils up to SAE150 viscosity. The unit is mounted on a trolley with a maximum capacity of 220 kg, and includes a 4m hose and a digital oil metre (model AK4565D) for accurate dispensing. The outlet size is 1/2" BSP. Compatible with the AK4565D digital oil metre.
