Lithium-ion technology delivers a higher energy density generally twice that of a Ni-Cd cell meaning more battery power per gram. The flat discharge curve ensures the battery performs better for longer rather than dropping off sharply as charge depletes. There is no memory effect, so the battery can recover from a deep discharge without any reduction in overall capacity. Charging time is 50 minutes. The battery weighs just 0.18kg, keeping the tool lightweight during use. Compatible with the CP108V Series including CP108VCID and CP108VCIDBO.
