The swivel base is compatible with both the HRA4P01 (15 m, 1/4" BSPT, 10 mm hose) and the HRA4P02 (15 m, 1/2" BSPT, 13 mm hose) heavy-duty dual-arm retractable steel air hose reels. Those reels are built for compressed-air use in garages, workshops, and industrial environments, and the swivel base extends that utility by allowing the reel body to rotate to follow the operator rather than being fixed at the point of wall or pedestal mounting.
