Tyre valve connections that fail under high pressure or seat incorrectly interrupt inflation work and risk inaccurate readings. The PCL CO10P03 is the original PCL Thumb Lock Tyre Valve Connector in the 12V1 screw-on style, with an open end and a female Rp 1/4 inlet thread, supplied in carton quantity.
The connector is designed for use in high tyre pressure applications. Its open-end configuration is compatible with the MK4 High Pressure Tyre Inflator, the Aircraft Tyre Inflator, and the Aircraft Digital Tyre Inflator. A pin is incorporated into the connector body which unseats the tyre valve when in use, ensuring a reliable air path during inflation.
The 12V1 screw-on valve style connects securely to the tyre valve stem by threading on, making it suited to professional workshop and aviation ground-support environments where a positive, shake-free connection is required under elevated pressure. The Rp 1/4 female thread is the inlet connection to the inflator hose assembly.
