Connecting a garden hose or workshop water line to a standard tap demands a fitting that seals reliably and resists the wear of repeated connection cycles. The Draper 27697 Tap Connector is constructed from high quality brass, providing a robust and corrosion-resistant body suited to water and general hose applications. A rubber overmoulding encases the connector, offering a secure, comfortable grip when attaching or detaching the fitting by hand. The 1 inch size designates the tap thread this connector is designed to fit, making it straightforward to match to compatible tap outlets of that size. The combination of brass construction and rubber overmoulding means the connector is built to withstand regular workshop or outdoor use without degrading quickly. Supplied as a single unit, the Draper 27697 is a practical replacement or additional fitting for hose assemblies where a reliable 1 inch tap connection is required.
Connectors made from high quality brass with rubber overmolding.
