The Victron Energy MEGA-fuse 225A/80V is a high-current protection fuse rated at 225 amperes and 80 volts DC, supplied in a convenient pack of five units. Designed for use in DC power systems, battery banks, and energy storage installations, the MEGA-fuse format provides reliable over-current protection where robust, high-capacity fusing is required. Each fuse measures 100 mm in length and 10 mm in width, with an overall height including terminal of 170 mm, and weighs just 45 g.
The compact physical footprint allows straightforward integration into fuse holders and busbars suited to the MEGA-fuse format. This 225A variant sits within the Victron Energy MEGA-fuse range, which spans multiple current ratings to suit different system capacities. Selecting the correct rating for your DC circuit is essential; confirm the ampere rating and voltage class against your installation's maximum continuous current and system voltage before specifying.
Supplied as genuine Victron Energy product and backed by a five-year manufacturer's warranty, each pack delivers five fuses for sparing or multi-circuit installations.
