Constructed from food grade, premium, long lasting heat resistant cordierite materials which is easy to clean.
It measures 26.5cm wide and 1.5cm high and weighs 1kg. Fire-safe, natural, untainted and moisture absorbent for a wonderful crispy pizza base.
