Variations
When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PCZH60BG carries that specification at 60mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 6.6mm M6 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M6 hardware.
The band is mild steel, heavily electro zinc plated on every surface - JCS plates after cutting, so even the cut edges are coated - making it the general purpose choice for indoor, automotive and light industrial routing. Dimensions are identical to the stainless version if the environment later demands an upgrade. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCZR60BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSH60BG); the 56mm size (PCZH56BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 60mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 60mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
