Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
Sized at 52mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSR52BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its standard TPE liner - rated -30C to +60C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH52BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR52BG); the 48mm size (PCSR48BG); the 56mm size (PCSR56BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 52mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request.
A. The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -30C to +60C.
A. Let the temperature decide. Up to +60C, the standard black TPE liner covers it; beyond that - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs, hot plant - the grey TPE160 liner is rated from -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M6 hardware; the fixing hole is 6.6mm.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
