A cable tie is a temporary answer to a permanent question - fixed runs need a bolted, lined clip.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PESH6BG carries that specification at 6mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH6BG); the 8mm size (PESH8BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.
