A pipe or cable left to rattle against the chassis wears through long before its service life is up.
Sized at 32mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNSH32BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M8 range is the step up in fixing strength - same lined-clip principle, bigger bolt. In 18/8 304 stainless it serves outdoor and corrosive duty, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner fitted as standard across the range. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted. JCS recommends letting the application decide the specification - what the line carries, the temperatures it sees, and how corrosive the environment is.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH32BG); the 28mm size (PNSH28BG); the 36mm size (PNSH36BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 8.8mm hole to suit an M8 bolt.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
