The cheapest insurance on any pipe run is the clip that stops it moving.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PCSH19BG carries that specification at 19mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 6.6mm M6 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M6 hardware.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCSR19BG); the zinc plated version (PCZH19BG); the 16mm size (PCSH16BG); the 21mm size (PCSH21BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 19mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 19mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. Let the temperature decide. Up to +60C, the standard black TPE liner covers it; beyond that - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs, hot plant - the grey TPE160 liner is rated from -50C to +160C.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 6.6mm hole to suit an M6 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
