Product Number: PC3040-PK5
This listing is for 5 boxes of 10 PCL PC3040 Worm Drive Hose Clip (30-40mm), Mild Steel Zinc Plated - 50 clips in total, supplied together so a workshop or fleet has the right size to hand for every repair.
Worn or poorly fitted hose clips allow air, water, or oil lines to slip and leak. The PCL PC3040 is a worm drive hose clip sized for 30–40 mm hose diameters, supplied in a box of ten, and manufactured in Sheffield by PCL — part of HORNGROUP — since 1938.
The clip is constructed from mild steel with a zinc plating finish. The continuously threaded band provides maximum band tension and clamping force when the clip is adjusted to the correct size on the hose, ensuring a secure, consistent seal across the full adjustment range.
The PC3040 is part of PCL's worm drive hose clip range, which spans popular sizes from 9.5 mm to 40 mm, making it straightforward to specify the correct clip for different hose diameters across automotive, workshop, compressed-air, and fluid-line applications. Each box contains ten clips.
