Parts and spares run in two tiers here, and knowing which tier holds the part is the whole way in. When the machine brand is the identity, the brand sections carry it: Sealey, Draper, SIP, PCL, Sykes Pickavant and Dellonda each hold their own spares estate, organised by machine type and matched by model number or code. When the part itself is the identity, a coupling, a spring, a castor, a fastener, a mount, the cross brand sections carry it by type, twenty one sections and 27,000 plus lines in all.
Three rails run through everything. The search bar takes part numbers and product codes and lands on the part directly, the fastest route where any code survives on the old part or in the manual. The Compatible tabs work both directions, a machine listing its spares and a spare listing its machines. And where nothing is marked, the machine model and a photo of the old part over WhatsApp on 07754288583 gets it identified and answered.
The cross brand tier groups by what the part is: welding consumables, compressor and air line spares, jacking and lifting, anti vibration mounts, springs and struts, hose, clips, fasteners, castors, electrical components, abrasives, cleaning and more, each section teaching how its parts are matched, by size, thread, model or symptom as the type demands, with the filters on every leaf doing the narrowing once the section is right.
Machines have their own doorway too: the machines index runs from brand hubs to model pages, each model listing the parts confirmed for it, so a machine can be walked to its spares as easily as a spare to its machines, and either walk ends on the same confirmed part.
