Thread by the metre: cut to length for hangers, frames and through-fixings no stock bolt reaches, grade 8.8 zinc in M6 to M24, with nuts and washers one shelf over.

Diameter and grip: the body diameter fits the drilled hole, and the grip range must span the total material thickness, both stated per pack.

The range-spanners: one rivet covers a spread of material thicknesses, so mixed and uncertain sheet work runs on one box instead of three.

The soft-sheet answer: the tail opens like petals behind the work, spreading the hold across brittle or soft material a plain rivet would pull through.

Light, corrosion resistant and matched to sheet work: the standard body for enclosure, panel and trim fastening, packed 200 for the way rivets are used.

Two fastener families that are not screws share this shelf: studding, thread sold by the metre, and rivets, which need no thread and no access to the far side.

The studding runs grade 8.8 zinc plated to DIN 975 in full metre lengths, M6 and M8 through M10, M12 and M16 up to M24, packed in fives with the heaviest in twos, cut to length on site for hangers, frames and the through-fixings no stock bolt reaches, with nuts and washers one shelf over.

The rivet families fasten where only one side of the work can be reached, all of them in aluminium and all packed by the 200: standard flange blind rivets in the 4.8 and 6.4 millimetre diameters across their stepped lengths, multi-grip forms whose single rivet spans a whole range of material thicknesses, and the peel back rivets that open like petals behind soft or brittle sheet, spreading the hold wide where a plain rivet would simply pull through.

The diameter and grip length pick a rivet from the packs, the thread and cut length pick the studding, and both typed into search land the pack at once. An unknown rivet measured across its body, or a stud thread photographed over WhatsApp on 07754288583, comes back named with its pack size.
