Workshop tyre inflation demands speed and accuracy without manual guesswork. The PCL QUBE1/4P is the ACCURA QUBE Series II tyre inflator, operating on 230V with a UK plug and fitted with a 5 m (16 ft) Euro clip-on connector — designed for fast, safe and accurate air and nitrogen inflation in workshops, garages and factories. The QUBE1/4P combines the latest electronics with touch button technology in a space-saving design. Its four preset button module allows common pressures to be stored and recalled instantly, speeding up routine inflation tasks. New human-touch recognition software is incorporated into the buttons, and the unit features an inbuilt auto-start function: the operator pre-sets the required pressure, places the connector on the valve, and the inflator does the rest. PCL state the unit can inflate accurately with hoses up to 50 m in length. The ACCURA QUBE Series II operates across three modes: Mode 1 for standard inflate and deflate, Mode 2 for tyre-shop mode with overpressure capability, and Mode 3 for nitrogen (N2) fill and air-to-N2 conversion, with OPS and N2 purge modes also available. The digital display offers a calibration range of 0–174 psi / 0–12 bar at a resolution of 1 psi / 0.1 bar, with accuracy rated at +/- 0.08 bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 218 psi / 15 bar, flow rate is 2,500 l/min at 10 bar supply, and the operating temperature range spans -20°C to 80°C. The QUBE1/4P is manufactured in Sheffield by PCL, part of HORNGROUP, with a heritage in precision inflation equipment dating to 1938.
