Reliable, self-service tyre inflation on the forecourt calls for equipment that pairs precision with all-weather durability, and the PCL D20ST20T answers that need directly. This is the ACCURA D20 pedestal-mounted preset tyre inflator, calibrated to 10 bar with a bar/psi display sequence and supplied with PCL's hold-on tyre valve connector on a 7.6 m hose. Firmly established as the premium product for petrol forecourts, the ACCURA platform combines reliable, durable construction with touch screen technology to give the safest, most simple and cost-effective inflation solution on the market. Operation is genuinely hands-off: the customer pre-sets the required pressure, places the connector on the tyre, and the inbuilt auto-start function does the rest, finishing with audible and visual end-of-cycle signals and automatic shut-off. A ceramic pressure sensor delivers accuracy to ±0.5% of full-scale reading — comfortably exceeding EC Directive 86/217/EEC — with a reading resolution of 1 psi / 0.1 bar / 5 kPa across the 145 psi / 10 bar / 1000 kPa inflation range. High air-flow capability of 2500 l/min at 10 bar supply provides fast inflation, and the smart inflation algorithm with automatic pressure sensor compensation keeps measurements accurate; the unit can inflate accurately with hoses up to 50 m in length. The freestanding pedestal cabinet measures 1512 mm high x 440 mm wide x 280 mm deep and weighs 30 kg, with an IP54-rated enclosure, a 30 mm backlit transflective LCD, and an operating range of -20°C to 70°C for year-round outdoor service. Nominal supply options of 230 Vac, 120 Vac or 12 Vdc suit worldwide installations, and coin/token and compressor interfaces are built in for revenue-generating self-service operation. Customisation options include hose type and length, connector type, bespoke graphics, air-and-water configurations and digital or analogue display alternatives.
