With a maximum payload of 20 kg and a total volume of 33 litres, the case accommodates 54 individual inserting options, providing a disciplined and accessible layout for large tool collections. The case is constructed from heavy duty ABS material with a circumferential aluminium frame and metal hinges for structural rigidity. Two metall tilting locks and a three-digit combination lock secure the lid, while a label field with two stickers allows individual identification of the case. Two removable tool boards are manufactured from dirt-repellent PP twin-fall sheets. The first board offers ten tool pockets with an elastic strap on the cover side and eleven narrow plus one large tool pocket on the base side. The second board provides ten tool pockets with an elastic strap on the base side and a document compartment on the cover side. The cover board adds 14 large tool pockets. The base tray, fixed by a push button, stands 70 mm high and can be subdivided by inserts. A telescopic handle is set into the base, and two external smooth-running skater wheels enable comfortable transit. A document compartment is integrated into the cover. Exterior dimensions are 430 mm wide, 280 mm high, and 515 mm deep. Interior dimensions measure 350 mm wide, 200 mm high, and 480 mm deep. The case is supplied empty, ready to be populated with the user's existing tool inventory.
