Its heavy-duty ABS shell is reinforced by a circumferential aluminium frame and metal hinges, with a three-digit combination lock and two metal tilt locks per side providing dependable security during transport and on site. The case offers a total of 95 inserting options across its interior, making systematic tool organisation straightforward. The sturdy centre wall, which can be fitted on both sides, is lined with elasticated loops and twelve small pockets, while the removable tool boards and document compartment are constructed from dirt-repellent PP twin-wall sheets with 13 tool pockets apiece. A cover board adds a further 13 tool pockets. The base tray, fixed by a push button and 70 mm high, can be further subdivided using inserts. Key dimensions are 520 mm exterior width (490 mm interior), 435 mm exterior height (370 mm interior), and 290 mm exterior depth (110 mm interior). Total volume is 38 litres with a maximum payload of 30 kg. The case can be opened from one or both sides, with the bottom and lid operable independently of each other. A telescopic handle set into the base and two external smooth-running skater wheels allow easy manoeuvring across workshop and site surfaces.
