Accurate measurement of external dimensions demands a reliable, well-finished instrument that holds its setting under repeated use. The Draper 34237 Outside Spring Calipers offer a 150mm capacity and are fine ground to ensure consistent contact with workpiece surfaces, reducing the risk of inaccurate readings caused by uneven jaw edges. Adjustment is made via a knurled wheel, allowing the user to dial in precise settings smoothly and securely without the jaw position drifting. This mechanism makes the calipers well suited to repetitive checking tasks in workshop, engineering, and light industrial environments where measurement consistency matters. Supplied as a single unit with a 150mm capacity, the calipers are display packed and ready for immediate use or point-of-sale presentation. Their straightforward construction requires no calibration equipment or power source, making them a practical addition to any measuring toolkit.
Fine ground with adjustment by knurled wheel.
