The Draper 64693 XP1000® VDE Screwdriver Set provides exactly that, with a four-piece selection of the most commonly used screwdriver types and a patented dual-layer insulation system that makes any damage to the insulation highly visible, giving immediate warning before a compromised tool is used on a live conductor. Each screwdriver in this set is individually tested to 10,000V and rated for use on live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, manufactured and individually certified to EN 60900. The SVCM steel blades are hardened, tempered and chemically blackened, with a precision-machined tip engineered for an exact fit to the fastener, helping to prevent screw damage during use. The ergonomic bi-material soft-grip handle is designed to allow free spinning in the palm for rapid screw tightening, whilst also transferring full torque when required for more demanding fastening. Flat sides to the handle prevent the screwdrivers from rolling on surfaces, reducing the risk of drops in workshop or site environments. The set comprises two plain slot screwdrivers (2.5 x 75mm and 4.0 x 100mm) and two PZ TYPE screwdrivers (No.1 x 80mm and No.2 x 100mm). PZ TYPE screwdrivers in this set are compatible with Pozidriv®/Supadriv® fixing systems. Pozidriv®/Supadriv® are registered trademarks of Trifast Plc.
